CHP 90 mph police car chase kills 15 year-old driver plus two other boys.
Los Angeles, CA (JusticeNewsFlash.com)–A 15 year-old underage driver crashed his parent’s car into a Fontana home on Wednesday night while fleeing a San Bernardino California Highway Patrol (CHP) officer. The youth driver and two boys ages 11 and 9 were all killed in the crash reported the LA Times today.
Apparently, two of the three boys were brothers. The three underage boys were in the car pulled over by a CHP officer for running a red light on Sierra Avenue near the 210 Freeway at approximately 9 p.m last night. The officer approached the car and the 15 year-old underage, non-licensed driver sped away. The police officer jumped into his patrol car and pursued the driver and his two young passengers. According to investigative reports, the chase lasted under two minutes and car speeds were over 90 miles per hour.
The young driver crashed into a home at Alder and Shamrock avenues. The five people in the home, at the time of the crash, were not injured.
