Chicago – A Chicago area woman says she was insulted after receiving a Comcast bill that referenced her as “Super Bitch Bauer.” As reported by WebProNews, the woman, 63-year-old Mary Bauer, says the incident occurred after she called customer service to inquire about her bill.

Bauer is quoted as stating, “I was nice enough to call them to ask how much I owe… I was little hot and a little angry because I never got good service” but insisted she never name called or used profanity.

The incident follows reports about couple Lisa and Ricardo Brown seeing “Asshole Brown” on their bill following a call to customer service.

Comcast is issued an apology after the incident.

Comcast SVP of Customer Experience Charlie Herrin is quoted as writing in a blog post, “We took this opportunity to reinforce with each employee just how important respect is to our culture. In every interaction we have with a customer, we need to show them respect, patience, and enthusiasm to provide them with an excellent experience.”
