California – Just 10 months after their secret wedding, actor Jeremy Renner and his wife Sonni Pacheco have called it quits. As reported by WebProNews, Pacheco filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.
Pacheco has reportedly requested that the actor “immediately return [her] stolen passport, birth certificate, social security card and be restrained from making further efforts to conceal same,” as stated in court documents.
The couple, who married on January 13, 2014 and separated in November share a 20-month old daughter, whom Pacheco is seeking physical custody of. She has also requested that their prenup be invalidated.
An E! News source is quoted as stating of the pair’s split, “This has been on the cards for a while. They are just not compatible… This is going to get ugly. His main priority is the baby and he will fight for full custody if it comes to that. All he cares about is being a dad. He is an amazing father. He is worried she is going to go back to Canada and take the baby.”
