Former wrestler dies in apparent suicide reports say

South Carolina – Former wrestler Sean O’Haire reportedly committed suicide at his home in South Carolina. As reported by E! Online, a police report notes that an investigating officer found O’Haire dead in his bedroom after a call was made to 911.

An online obituary featured on the J.F. Floyd Mortuary website is quoted as reading of O’Haire, whose real name was Sean Christopher Haire, “He was a very gentle and kind person that studied Buddhism and was employed as a personal trainer at Exzel Fitness in Spartanburg.”

O’Haire, who wrestled with the WCW and WWE, was 43 years-old at the time of his death. WWE is quoted as saying in a statement following news of his death, “WWE extends its condolences to Sean Christopher Haire’s family, friends and fans on his passing.”
