Los Angeles – “Danity Kane” member Aubrey O’Day has filed a police report against fellow group member Dawn Richards following a confrontation while the band was in the studio. As reported by WebProNews, Richards is accused of punching O’Day in the face during a heated discussion.
O’Day, who filed an official complaint of battery with police, is quoted as saying of the incident in part of a statement released on the group’s website, “An ethical and moral line has been crossed. As someone who experienced abuse in the past, I promised to never grow up putting my hands on people or ever condoning such behavior in others.”
The previously disbanded group, which included O’Day, Richards, Shannon Bex and Aundrea Fimbres, reunited last year.
