Los Angeles – Lindsay Lohan won’t be facing a probation violation after leaving a treatment facility Thursday a prosecutor has stated. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White stated Friday that confirmation had been received that the star had checked herself into a rehab facility after reports surfaced that she had left a different one after only a few minutes.
Lohan agreed to a plea bargain in connection with charges stemming from a car accident last year, which requires her to remain in rehab for 90 days.
The actress reportedly re-hired her former attorney Shawn Holley to represent her in the case.
