general contracting company XL structure (Milpitas, Calif.) has promoted Richard Walker to CEO. Walker, a nearly 30-year veteran of the construction and real estate industry, has been with the company since 2014, most recently serving as president.

As part of the executive transition plan, company co-founder and former CEO Eric Raff will become executive chairman.
