Tennessee – A paramedic who was on her way to her wedding reception when her father and grandparents became involved in an accident, rushed to the scene in her wedding dress. The Chicago Tribune reported that the woman, Sarah Ray, found her grandmother in an ambulance with air bag and seatbelt non-life threatening injuries upon arriving.

Ray is quoted as stating of the crash “My dad called my husband and said there had been an accident…All he told him was there had been a wreck, and the car was totaled. We didn't know anything about injuries.”

Ray’s mother took a photo of her daughter as she walked back to the car in the rain. The photo was posted to the Facebook page of the Montgomery County government with a caption reading “How dedicated are you to your job?… Thank you, Sarah, for loving what you do!”

A brief explanation of the circumstances was also included.
