Los Angeles – Actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt secretly wed his girlfriend Tasha McCauley on December 20. As reported by The Los Angeles Times, the 33-year-old “Dark Knight Rises” star has kept quiet about his relationship, but has admitted to being in one.

The actor-director is quoted as having stated previously on the Howard Stern show, “I have a girlfriend but I tend not to really like to talk about it in public… She is not in show business.” He declined to say how long the pair had been together.

People magazine broke the news about the wedding on New Year’s Eve.

Gordon-Levitt is reportedly set to next work on multiple film projects including Robert Zemeckis’ drama “The Walk.”
