Georgia – Reality star Ana Cardwell of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” fame recently launched a GoFundMe campaign seeking to raise $20,000, which she quickly canceled. As reported by WebProNews, Cardwell received backlash from some commenters after initiating the campaign, and has since taken it down.

The 20-year-old is quoted as stating in her post in asking for the money “Anna for here comes honey boo boo and Im not that famous yall donate if yall want it’s fine and I’m not begging I’m asking but plz be nice and donate what ever yall what and it would help us out alot:))))))”

The former reality star further commented that the funds were needed to help support her family.

One commenter to Cardwell’s post is quoted as writing in response to it, “Why would you beg bc that’s what you’re basically doing, I hope you take this money and do something great with it go back to school and learn how to spell.”

Cardwell is quoted as replying, “I’m doing what my fans suggested to do you don’t have to donate at all I just doing the to help my family so back off.”
