U.S. – Olympic winning swimmer Michael Phelps has been placed on suspension following a DUI arrest. As reported by WebProNews, during his suspension Phelps will reportedly not be allowed to compete in U.S. sanctioned swimming events for being in violation of the Olympic organization’s code of conduct.
