Las Vegas – A popular restaurant in Las Vegas has been closed due to several patrons becoming ill. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the trendy flagship Firefly restaurant on Paradise Road will remain closed as tests are being conducted to determine the link to a purported outbreak that led to over three dozen patrons being reported to have developed symptoms of food poisoning.

John Simmons, owner of the restaurant as well as two other Firefly chains in Las Vegas, is quoted by the AP as stating of the matter, “Everyone’s kind of devastated. This is a big deal and we take it very seriously…We’ve got to get to the bottom of it.”
