Marrietta, Ga – Attorneys have surrendered recordings in connection with a case against Waffle House CEO Joe Rogers Jr. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the recordings were purportedly of Rogers engaged in sexual acts that were recorded by a woman claiming the CEO forced her to perform in exchange for keeping her job.

Rogers reportedly claims the woman accusing him in the case worked for him as a housekeeper part-time for several years. Although he has stated the accusations made against him have been false, he has acknowledged engaging in past consensual sexual encounters with her.

Rogers is quoted by the AP as stating to reporters following a hearing, “I’m willing to stand here and be the victim of my own stupidity, but I don’t want to the victim of these crimes.”
