Provo, Utah – Two women are reportedly seeking to inherit the estate of late actor Gary Coleman. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the trial regarding who would be awarded Coleman’s estate began Monday, with the “Diff’rent Strokes” actor’s former wife, Shannon Price, testifying she continued to live with Coleman until he died following their divorce.

Anna Gray, a woman purported to have been in a prior relationship with Coleman and a former manager of his affairs, claims she had been named his beneficiary years ago. Gray represented herself in court on Monday and was stated to have asked Price why her name was removed from a deed on the couple’s home in Utah. Price indicated it was a requirement in accordance with their divorce.

Price married Coleman in 2007 and the couple divorced in 2008. Court records reportedly show Coleman’s parents, have not made any claim regarding his estate.

Gary Coleman died at the age of 42 in 2010 after falling and suffering an injury to his head.
