New York, NY(NewYorkInjuryNews.com)–On November 28, 2007, a Seaway Valley ambulance driver crashed, on Interstate 89, in Vermont, killing Mary C. Catanzarite, an 80 year-old patient passenger. As reported by the Watertown Daily Times, the family of Catanzarite, who died in the ambulance rollover, filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Friday in St. Lawrence County court.

According to court documents, the personal injury lawyers representing the family, named defendants Jimmy A. Scott and Seaway Valley Ambulance, Inc., both of Massena.
