About the lawsuit

Freshworks and certain of its officers and others are alleged to have failed to disclose material information in its IPO registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the “Offering Documents”) in violation of federal securities laws.

The alleged false and misleading statements and omissions include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) at the time of the IPO, the Company had information showing that its revenue growth and accounts were slowing (ii) at the time of the IPO, the net Company’s dollar retention rate had stalled; and (iii) as a result of the foregoing, the Company’s offering materials were, at all relevant times, materially false and misleading.
