TORONTO, Oct. 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — A Richmond Hill internet gambler has been charged with two counts cheating in the gamein violation of Article 209 of the criminal code you canada

All regulated gambling sites – including OLG.CA as well as private operators managed and administered by Online Gaming Ontario – are required by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to implement oversight to ensure the integrity and fairness of their games. These measures are designed to identify suspected illegal activity and protect legitimate players.

The charges stem from alleged illegal player activity at two Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) blackjack games last May. The suspicious activity was observed in an online live dealer blackjack game by Evolution Gaming and was subsequently brought to the attention of AGCO. Evolution Gaming is an OLG live dealer gaming provider registered with AGCO.
