Azure’s audit committee, with the assistance of legal counsel and forensic accounting, also identified evidence of manipulation of project data and information by certain employees. The company is taking immediate corrective action and Azure is initiating disclosure of the results to the relevant authorities.” On the news, Azure’s stock price fell $4.61 per share, or 44.07 percent, to close at $5 on August 29, 2022 $.85 per share.
