Bronx Essen Health Care’s New Urgent Care Center in Highbridge will be ready to serve and welcome Highbridge residents with highly personalized and affordable care

Essen Health Care, a leading healthcare network and group practice serving underserved communities in upstate New York, today announced the opening of its new emergency care center in the Highbridge area of ??the Bronx on Wednesday, October 12. The new doctor’s office is located at 1391 Nelson Ave in The Bronx, New York.

Essen Urgent Care offers emergency care services at 20 locations in the Bronx and at one location in the Glendale neighborhood of Queens. The company provides highly personalized and affordable care to patients in the New York area with urgent healthcare needs 7 days a week.

Essen Health Care will also host Hispanic Heritage Month awards to recognize Hispanic leaders in the community – Elizabeth Tejada, Director of Medicare Sales, VillageCare; Max and Ramona Garcia, director of tenant support services at Highbridge Community Development Corporation.
