NEW YORK, October 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP (www.kaplanfox.com) has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against Co-Diagnostics, Inc. (“Co-Dx” or the “Company”). CODX; Dwight H. Egan, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and CEO; and Brian L. Brown, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company (“Defendants”).

The lawsuit alleges that the defendants violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder by the SEC and is being asserted by the plaintiff on behalf of all persons and Entities that purchased the publicly traded securities of Co-Dx during the period from May 12, 2022 through the market close on August 11, 2022 (4:00 p.m. ET) inclusive (the “Class Period”).
