Law firm Pomerantz announces it has filed a class action lawsuit against Uber


NEW YORK, Oct. 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pomerantz LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Uber” or the “Company”). ABOVE and some of his officers. The class action, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and Filed at 22-cv-04688, is being brought on behalf of a class consisting of all persons and entities other than the defendants, the Uber common stock purchased or otherwise acquired between May 31, 2019 and July 8, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Collection Period”), to recover damages caused by the Defendants’ violations of the federal securities laws and to seek relief under the Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and Rule 10b-5 enacted thereunder, against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
