Excerpt from Article 7 of the Articles of Association: “ In addition to the legal obligation to notify the company of the holding of certain capital shares, any natural or legal person and/or shareholder who acquires a number of company shares corresponding to 2% or more of the capital or voting right holder must within fifteen days after exceeding this holding threshold, inform the company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt of the total number of shares held by him. This declaration must be renewed each time a multiple of 2% is reached, under the same conditions. ».
