China Southern Airlines orders 40 jets from Airbus
- China Southern Airlines Co Ltd CHKIF has placed an order with Airbus SE EADSF EASY for 40 aircraft of the A320neo family.
- The order value is estimated at around 4.85 billion US dollars.
- The jets will be delivered to Xiamen Airlines, part of China Southern Airlines, between 2024 and 2027.

Humana, CVS Health is interested in acquiring a family doctor
- US family doctor Cano Health Inc CANO After receiving takeover interest from , it is reportedly considering a sale and working with advisors human inc BUZZ and CVS Health Corp CV.
- hedge fund Third Point LLCwhich owns 6.4% of Cano, has pushed the company to put itself up for sale as the share price has fallen since going public last year via the SPAC deal.
- People familiar with the situation told The Wall Street Journal that talks between Humana and Cano are serious.
