Robert Garon, wrongly accused of the death of a beloved puppy,

NAPLES, FL , Sept. 02, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Naples resident Robert Garon will plead not guilty to a count of animal cruelty on Tuesday, September 6th. According to his attorney, Garon was falsely accused of the death of a puppy he and his girlfriend adopted together less than three months ago.

Hisler has performed thousands of polygraph exams for prosecutors, multiple law enforcement agencies, and private investigative agencies during his career.

“Robert Garon underwent a three-hour forensic interview and polygraph exam, and he passed the interview and polygraph without deception. Robert Garon had absolutely nothing to do with the death of his dog Buzz,” said polygraph examiner John Hisler.

According to the attorney, the Garon family has suffered immensely at the loss of Buzz, including these false and cruel allegations, the loss of their jobs, and threats of violence against themselves and their extended families.

“Robert is an upstanding young man with no history of violent criminal behavior towards any person or animal, nor does he have any criminal record. We are happy…
