SAN DIEGO, Sept. 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Judikat West, one of California’s leading providers of private dispute resolution services, has appointed Kristin Rizzo, Esq. to his list of neutrals. From the San Diego office, she is available as a mediator for nationwide matters.

With nearly two decades of legal experience, Rizzo has represented clients in litigation and mediation across a wide range of civil matters, with a focus on employment law matters. Beyond employment law, Rizzo has dealt with business and contractual disputes, housing discrimination, disabled access, internal employment relationships, personal injury and medical malpractice. She began her career at a small plaintiff law firm, then at a leading defense law firm in San Diego before founding her own litigation firm, Rizzo Law, representing individuals and corporations in the areas of harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, wages and hours of work in a class action lawsuit counts. For the past few years, Rizzo has mediated across the state, focusing on all types of labor disputes.

Appointed by the Mayor and City Council in 2020, Rizzo has served as Commissioner for the City of San Diego’s Human Relations Commission, which advocates for human and civil rights.
