In Part 1, we covered some delicious desserts for Easter this year, but what about my delicious lovers? I think chocolate is great, but given the choice between gooey brownie and a pile of melted cheese and carbs, I always go for the latter. If you’re heading to an Easter potluck or a traditional roast dinner, these are some great options to make them super high as long as everyone is happy with their ham. I’m going to show you how to bake ham with hemp oil. You can do anything with these these days. If you’re not sure how to make cannabis oil or cannabis butter, check out Part 1, which is quick to begin with.

Macaroni and Cheese

It’s a classic side dish that may be a little more American in terms of grilled noodles, but it’s a winner in making a stoner meal. It’s perfect for sharing, and if you eat the whole thing yourself, you probably won’t remember much of Easter, but it’s really up to you.

You will need:

  • 57 g cannabis resin
  • 1 package macaroni
  • 60g plain flour
  • 500g cheddar cheese
  • 225g mozzarella cheese
  • 225 g
  • 700ml warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

method:

First save some cheese for the topping, I recommend a large dollop of grated cheddar.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Next, cook the macaroni and set it aside so the sauce is ready.

Get yourself a pan, put the hemp butter, and stir carefully until it melts. Then add the flour and whisk until smooth, then add the milk. This will set the foundation for your sauce, so make sure everything is silky smooth before the next stage. Also, heat it for a few minutes, so that it is warm enough to melt the cheese.

Next, add most of the cheese and paprika to the sauce and whisk until thick and well combined.

Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the macaroni.

Pour all of this into a nice baking pan and maybe butter the pan before putting the pasta in.

Then top the pasta and sauce with the remaining cheese along with a bit of parsley and breadcrumbs.

Place the plate in the oven and bake for 25 – 35 minutes, when the top is golden brown, it’s done.

Hemp Baked Ham

This is a great idea for anyone hosting a Stoner Easter dinner, and I guarantee people will be impressed with the effort. Although it looks difficult, it is surprisingly simple.

You will need:

  • 1 cured ham
  • 59 ml hemp olive oil
  • 134g brown sugar
  • 236ml apple cider
  • 118ml orange juice
  • 59ml mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon clove powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

method:

Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

First, you’ll place the ham on a clean work surface.

Take a medium saucepan and combine the apple cider, mustard, orange juice, brown sugar and hemp oil and cook gently. Make it thick, the thicker the better when it comes to your glaze. Once it’s the right thickness, remove it from the heat and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.

This will ensure that it will coat the ham and not just drip.

After cooling, glaze the ham and bake for 1-2 hours. Make sure to apply and keep moist. This will also stop your lovely hemp oil from collecting from the bottom instead of dipping into the meat.

Cannabis Deviled Eggs

I’ve never liked the concept of deviled eggs and then I had one and it was amazing. Plus, it’s a cheap and delicious party option, especially when they have people stoned to death.

You will need:

  • 1.5 tablespoons hemp oil
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • paprika for garnish

method:

First, you have to boil the eggs. If you’re not sure how to do it, then you can simply place the eggs in cold water on the stove. Then cook over medium heat until the water boils for 10-15 minutes.

Remove eggs from boiling water and place in cold water in another medium saucepan. Let them calm down or they will have a hard time cooperating.

Carefully remove the shells from all eggs, then cut lengthwise down the middle.

Carefully remove the yolks with a small spoon and place them all into a large mixing bowl.

Then add mustard, hemp oil, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion powder to the egg yolks. Mix them together until you have a creamy egg yolk mixture.

Then you’ll scoop it back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.

Put them in the freezer for at least an hour and refrigerate.

Quiche Cannabis

The last one is another great option for parties, especially when the sun is shining.

what do you need:

  • 1 premade pie crust (you can make one if you want, I’m just lazy)
  • 340 g cheddar cheese
  • 113 g sliced
  • 113 g spinach
  • 117 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon cannabis resin
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

method:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

First, prep your pie crust by unrolling and pressing it into a pie plate, rolling up the edges with a fork.

Lightly melt hemp butter and brush onto pie crust.

Now wilt your spinach and dice your feta cheese.

Put them in a mixing bowl with the eggs and milk and some pepper and salt.

Place about 3/4 of the cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pastry and pour the liquid ingredients over the top.

Cover it with the last piece of cheese and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes. Give it 10 minutes to cool and you’re done!
