HHS awards grants to address health worker burnout and well-being


The Health System Pharmacists Association plans to use the funding to develop a Wellbeing Ambassadors program that will raise awareness among pharmacists about burnout and support local strategies to promote well-being, especially those practicing in tribal, rural or other underserved areas among those.
