The project, which broke ground in May 2021, includes a 187,000-square-foot pediatric hospital with 36 beds, two operating rooms, an endoscopy room, an operating room, a sleep lab, and flex space.

An adjacent 60,000-square-foot medical office building is expected to open before the hospital opens.
