Days before Christmas, L&F Acquisition Corp., the SPAC launched by Jeff Hammes, the former chair of Kirkland & Ellis, and Adam Gerchen, the CEO of Chicago-based plaintiff’s firm Keller Lenkner, announced that it had found an acquisition target.
