9th Circuit Rules That UCLA Must Face Title IX Suit

The University of California, Los Angeles must face a graduate student’s Title IX lawsuit alleging that the school discriminated against him on the basis of sex during a disciplinary investigation, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled Jan. 11. 

The three-judge panel reversed and vacated the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California’s dismissal of the suit and remanded for further proceedings.
