Ava Labs and EV maker Togg build smart contract-based mobility service

Turkey-based electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Togg has announced a strategic partnership with Ava Labs to design and build smart contract-based services aimed at improving autonomous driving.

Togg’s collaboration with Ava Labs, a team dedicated to supporting and developing Avalanche’s public blockchain, was revealed at the CES 2022 event in Las Vegas.As Cointelegraph Turkey reported, the partnership A use case move plan designed to fast-track Togg, which combines different technologies and transportation solutions to produce a car with more features than conventional electric vehicles.

According to the official announcement, Togg has been exploring use cases around blockchain and electric vehicle-related technologies for more than a year. Togg will implement smart contracts and blockchain technology to allow users to pick up a pre-ordered scooter or taxi while charging their electric vehicle, allowing seamless mobility. Togg CEO Gürcan Karaka? said:

“Our partnership with Ava Labs is built on taking the Togg user experience to the next level, beyond the car, enabling partners, users and non-Togg users across the mobile ecosystem to benefit from this platform.”

Additionally, the Ava Labs partnership will enable Togg to store vehicle maintenance and parts information via the Avalanche blockchain, which will provide the foundation for a reliable used market.
