At 1 pm on Tuesday, August 10th, US Eastern Time, the American Bar Association will host a webinar to review major criminal cases (including Van Buren v. United States, Jones v. Mississippi, and Edwards v. Vanno) And preview important cases for the next semester. The panel, chaired by Rory Little of the University of California Hastings School of Law, will invite Juval Scott, the federal public defender of Western Virginia; Ismail Ramsey of Ramsey & Ehrlich; and John Tunheim, Chief Judge of the Minnesota District.
