Although McCain is about to leave The View, ABC executives have yet to find a replacement for the popular conservative host and are reported to be “taking it slowly.”
Insider told Sixth page As the show seeks alternatives to McCain, there will be many guest hosts.
“There is no quarrel. They are taking time to find suitable candidates. No one is frightened,” a person familiar with the matter told the media.
The sixth page reported that the show is far from naming alternatives, and the guest host lineup is “still taking shape.”
“There will be conservatives, some are well-known, some are not. It has always been important to maintain a group of different views,” the insider told Page 6.
