San Diego (CNS)-Police said on Saturday that a man armed a gun and robbed a store near Pacific Beach and took an unknown amount of cash.

According to San Diego Police Officer John Battelle, the suspect walked into the shop at 1900 Garnett Avenue at 8:22 pm on Friday, took out a pistol and told the clerk to open the register.

After the clerk exited the cash register, the suspect took the cash and fled westward in the North Hutong.

He is described as a man in his 20s, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 160 pounds, wearing a gray hoodie.
