The Queen’s grandson Peter Phillips prepares to start the Food and Drink Festival

The Queen’s grandson Peter Phillips is preparing to host a new dining festival, but urges guests to stay sane.

The Gatcombe Park Food Festival will be held from Friday, July 30th to Sunday, August 1st, and will showcase agricultural products from the region, including handmade food producers, 60 handicraft traders, children’s activities area and live music.

The 43-year-old Peter confessed his passion and appreciation for the best British products, and at the same time supported the hotel industry after we lifted the blockade.

He said: “This is a difficult time. It is very important to try to encourage people to come back and enjoy what this world has to offer.

“I like my food, I like my drink. This is just a way to support this industry’s hard-hit.”
