Dakota County authorities stated that they are investigating a death on Foliage Avenue, and they believe this was not a random killing.

The Sheriff’s Office tweeted about the investigation on Saturday night and expressed its belief that the victim and the suspect knew each other and that the public was not in danger.

They did not release any further details on Sunday morning.
