BRITNEY Spears’ boyfriend Sam Asghari preached about the importance of “self-love” in a social media post days after her conservatorship hearing.

“I’m about to do some superhero-type s**t, type workouts so get after it,” he said in an Instagram video posted on Saturday.

“Don’t let anything, any distractions take you away from your self-discipline, from your self-love, your self-development.”

At her court hearing this week, Britney compared her “abusive” conservatorship to sex trafficking as she spoke out for the first time since her public breakdown in 2007, causing the star’s mother to be “concerned.”

She exclaimed she is “not a slave” and said she is “so angry” she wants to “sue” her family for years of “abuse.”

The singer addressed the court by video as her dad, Jamie, and mom, Lynne, also joined in.
