A partnership dinner held in Stina to raise funds for the Loft Youth Center

Stina’s chef Bobby Saritsoglou and Musi’s chef Ari Miller are collaborating to host a four-course dinner for Loft Youth Center, Philadelphia LGBTQ+ Youth Organization.

Dinner will be at At Stina on Tuesday, June 29th.Mediterranean BYOB is located 1705 Snyder Avenue

Saritsoglou and Miller’s dinner included marinated feta, grilled fish, dried duck and dessert.Dinner is $85 per person and served from 4pm to 10pm

Stina will donate 20% of the night’s sales to Attic Youth Centre. As part of Stina’s ongoing fundraising for local charities, 1% of June sales will also be donated to the organization.

To drink, guests can purchase beer from the Stickman Brews pop-up window during the event.You can buy four 8-ounce beverages to go with your meal for $10, and A 16-ounce pour for $5 will also be on sale.

• Pickled feta and charred lettuce-triple cream and aged feta from Doe Run Farm. Pickled with blue poppy seeds from Afyonkarahisar in Turkey and rosebuds from Dubai, and charred lettuce in Stina’s wood-burning oven.

• Fish Kebabs-Kebabs, seasoned with Burlap & Barrel’s Urfa peppers, wrapped in fig leaves in the backyard, and grilled in a wood-burning oven.

• Dry Aged Duck – Red Tahina duck, marinated in mahleb made from three sour cherry pits from Springs Fruit Farm, dried and baked in a wood-burning oven.

• Black Lime Malabi (Milk Pudding) – Black Lime with Meyer lemons from Bhumi Growers and charred fruit from a wood-burning oven

Tuesday’s event is part of Stina’s year-round mission to give back to the community. Stina organizes a special night event once a month and donates 20% to regional non-profit organizations specially selected by Saritsoglou and his wife Christina Kallas-Saritsoglou.

Since opening, Stina has donated to the following organizations: SEAMAAC, Juntos, Women In Transition, Stephen Girard Elementary, Puentes De Salud, Philadelphia Bail Fund, West Passyunk Neighbors Association, Project Home, Books Through Bars, Unity In the Community, Punk Progress For lunch, friends help friends, lil filmmakers and authorized editing.
