Bring gluten-free pastries to the Flakely pop-up served by Windmills in Montgomery County
This summer, Lila Jai ??Colello will bring her gluten-free baked goods Flakely to Pinwheel Provisions in Narbers, Montgomery County for a seven-week pop-up store.
From Wednesday, June 30th, bread, Croissant And other pastries freshly baked that morning will be sold on Wednesday and Saturday from 2pm to 6pm

The full menu will be posted on Instagram Every Tuesday and Friday before the pop-up window opens.
Items may include cinnamon rolls, homemade pizza dough, pop pies from scratch, and crusty baguettes. All products sold by Flakely are gluten-free.
“After years of physical discomfort, I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2015. It is hard to say which is more difficult: give up the dream of working in a professional kitchen or give up croissants,” said Colello, who graduated from a French university. New York City Culinary Institute, worked for Eric Ripert, Wolfgang Puck and Food Network before the diagnosis. “My illness is very serious. I can’t even touch ordinary wheat flour, so Flakely’s products are absolutely safe, even for people with severe gluten intolerance like me.”
