It has not previously publicly commented on the political donations reported by Keep Your Pride.

Stacy Lentz, co-owner of Stonewall Inn, said the “dumping” protest will be held on Wednesday.

Lentz said in a statement: “You can’t turn your logo rainbow on social media, call yourself an ally, and then turn around and donate to fuel hatred.”

“There really is no excuse. Companies like Anheuser-Busch need to acknowledge what they do,” she added.

According to the LGBT+ advocacy organization Human Rights Campaign, state legislatures have introduced more than 250 LGBT+-related bills this year, of which 18 have been signed into law.

Most passed laws restrict trans children’s participation in sports, while other laws prohibit health care for trans youth and allow parents to choose to have their children withdraw from school’s LGBT+-related subjects.

Supporters of these laws say they want to protect the rights of girls and women in school sports and prevent young people from making medical decisions that they might regret.
