San Diego Enterprise prepares for full opening on busy first weekend

“The speed of things from zero to 100 is really fast,” said PJ Busalacchi, general manager of Barbusa in Little Italy.

“Mainly in the kitchen, at the back of the house, we have a little less manpower, but everyone is ready to work, everyone is ready to come back,” Busalacchi said.

Philip Nestor, the bar manager of The Field, said: “It’s exciting for the fifth time. It’s nice to see.” “We hope everyone is busy. It just shows that we are back to normal.”

The Field has the same idea, which is to let more workers join in.

“There are more people going out, so it must be tricky to get employees in,” Nestor said. “We are a bit at a loss, but we will continue to work. The Irish mentality is to work until you fall.”
