Brunch at South Jersey’s Pizza Crime includes Sinatra tunes and pizza topped with crumbs

A restaurant in South Jersey is becoming more and more creative in its brunch products.

Pizza crime Haddonfield will start Sinatra Sunday on Father’s Day weekend. The pizzeria will play Frank Sinatra’s classic tracks and serve pizzas with breakfast favorites such as minced meat and pork rolls.

Chef Nab Maitra who has worked At the pizzerias Vetri and Osteria in Philadelphia, they came up with the idea of ??a pizza party by combining some of his favorite things.

Brunch pizza includes:

• Margaret
• Pepperoni
• Scratching the jaw
• Pork rolls, egg and cheese
• Cacio Peppe Pie
• Guanciale, Egg’n’ Cheese

Scrapple Jawn is used Parmesan cheese, Fontina, fried crumbles, eggs and hot honey. Cacio Peppe Pie features Parmesan cheese, Pecorino cheese, black pepper and egg yolk.

Pie with guanciale, if you are not familiar with this item, it is an Italian cured meat product made from pork jaws or cheeks.
