A cyclist was killed after hitting an open door in a parked car.

On May 28, when the terrorist incident occurred, the 65-year-old was riding in Haringey in North London.

A cyclist died after crashing into a Coleridge Road parked in Haringey

She is said to have collided with an open car door around 4.40pm.

The woman was rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately could not be rescued and died two days later.

The police said that the driver of the parked car is assisting the police in the investigation.

Close relatives of cyclists have been notified.

Scotland Yard said: “At this early stage, it is believed that no other vehicles were involved in the collision.

Anyone who has witnessed the collision or has any dash cam or CCTV is required to call Alperton’s Serious Collision Investigation Team on 0208 246 9820.

Investigation of the situation is still ongoing.
