In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of Canada Support has been made Unblock Barry and Honey Sherman’s estate archives.

The trustees and beneficiaries of the murdered billionaire Toronto couple worked hard to keep the documents confidential.

They took an unusual move, claiming that their lives may be in danger because Sherman’s 2017 murder case is still unsolved.

Their argument was questioned by Kevin Donovan, an investigative reporter from the Toronto Star, who believed that the rights of freedom of speech and freedom of the press had been violated.

The High Court stated that the trustee had failed to prove that there was a serious risk, and the sealing order should not have been in place.
