HT: Italy 2-0 Czech Republic

With two deflected shots, Italy faced the Czech Republic at Renato Dall’Ara.

The visiting team started the game with some impressive high pressure.

But after 23 minutes, when Lorenzo Insigne drew from midfield and saw it cleared to Ciro in Mobilay, his shot was deflected by Ondrej Celustka, the Azzurri still managed to open the scoring.

Three minutes before halftime, Italy doubled its lead when Niccolo Barrera passed the ball to the midfield, absolutely no one tried to mark him, and his shot from the edge of the penalty area deflected again.
