San Diego (CNS)-A man was killed when he hit an obstacle on a highway lane near the U.S.-Mexico border early on Sunday morning.

A California State Highway Patrol spokesperson told FOX 5 that the crash on the south side of Interstate 5 near the San Ysidro Port of Entry, south of Camino De La Plaza, occurred at about 2 am.
