“Condé Nast Traveler” (Condé Nast Traveler) announced its 25th edition of its “Hot List”, which includes the magazine’s selection of the best new restaurants in the world.

Laser Wolf from Philadelphia, from Kensington’s Michael Solomonov made it to the 2021 list.

Before the pandemic, Laser Wolf opened in early 2020. The restaurant serves grilled meat, vegetables and fish as well as hummus and salam (small salads, sauces and side dishes).

In May 2020, despite the difficulties in operating a restaurant under COVID-19 restrictions, Laser Wolf still Voted as one of the best restaurants in America by GQ.

The annual hot list of Condé Nast Traveler recognizes the opening of the world’s best new hotels. This year is the 25th anniversary edition. The magazine expanded its categories for the first time, adding other categories: restaurants that changed the way we ate, reshaped our own destinations, and updated transportation methods to make the journey there more exciting.

In the “Best New Restaurants in the World” list, “Condé Nast Traveler” focused on restaurants that managed to open their doors during the pandemic, as well as those restaurants that have transformed themselves in innovative ways and adapted to business development.

During the pandemic, Laser Wolf provides take-out meals, which can be purchased and prepared for dinner, or taken home for barbecue.The restaurant is now open Indoor and outdoor dining, and also take out.
