After a series of earthquakes in Iceland, the dormant volcano Fagradalsfjall erupted on Friday night. The volcano is located almost 40 miles (16 kilometers) outside Reykjavík (the nearest city and the country’s capital) and will not threaten any life or damage infrastructure.
