Four Clouse Dunn LLP lawyers have been named “Super Lawyers” for 2015. Keith Clouse, Rogge Dunn, Alyson Brown, and Emily Stout were recently recognized for their outstanding work in the Employment and Labor field. Keith Clouse was also selected as a Texas Top 100 Lawyer—a lawyer ranked at the top of the list after a rigorous review process.
 

Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. A lawyer is first formally nominated by a peer who has personally observed the lawyer at work. Next, an attorney-led research team evaluates each nominee on twelve indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, such as verdicts, position within a law firm, bar activities, pro bono service, scholarly lectures, representative clients, special licenses, and outstanding achievements. In the third step—the “blue ribbon review”—candidates in each practice area with the highest point totals from steps one and two serve as panelists who rate lawyers in their fields. Candidates are grouped into four firm-size categories and compared with others in similar-sized firms. Then, those with the highest point totals in each category are selected. Just five percent of the total lawyers in the state are selected as Super Lawyers.
