Los Angeles – The man accused of stalking actress Miranda Cosgrove has been sentenced amid news that she will be making a return to television. As reported by WebProNews, Joshua Stockton who violated a restraining order against him in February, was recently sentenced to three years of probation.

Stockton is also required to complete a treatment program in which he will undergo psychiatric counseling due to the violation.

In accordance with the original restraining order, Stockton is required to stay at least 100 yards away from Cosgrove. The order has been extended to 10 years. If the order is violated again, Stockton could face jail time.
